Our Attendants
The attendants’ main role is to assist Car Jaune passengers on board our vehicles. They advise customers on how to get the most out of the public transport network, and foster an overall sense of security, civic attitudes and social cohesiveness. By using their active presence, combined with communication and trust, their primary responsibility is to prevent and manage dysfunctions as well as any tense or conflictual situations.
Attendants are the first to know how to react in the event of any incidents, accidents, or disruptions, and are trained to deal with most situations in order to ensure you have a safe, enjoyable journey.
