Accessibility and PRM Reservation: BOOK ASSISTANCE FOR PRM
To make travelling easier, people with reduced mobility can request assistance at the bus station by booking in advance by telephone.

How does it work ?
- Call the Yellow Bus Info Line and give your route (departure/arrival).
- Specify the date, desired time and your needs (wheelchair, walking difficulties, visual impairment, need for an accompanying person, etc.).
- Our team will confirm the arrangements that can be made at the bus station.
Booking : recommended timeframe
For optimal service, we recommend planning ahead: bookings must be made no later than 3pm the day before.
