  3. When is the latest I can book?
    For optimal service, bookings should be made by 3pm the day before at the latest.

  4. What do I need to have ready before I call ?
    Your journey (departure/arrival), the date, your preferred timetable, and your requirements (wheelchair, walking difficulties, visual impairment, accompanying person, etc.).

  5. Are the coaches accessible ?
    The network offers low-floor coaches adapted for people with reduced mobility or equipped with a ramp, depending on the vehicle.

  6. How can I find an accessible stop ?
    Use the interactive map of accessible stops and click on the stop to get more information.

  7. How can I check that a route is accessible ?
    In the calculator, select ‘Accessible travel (wheelchair-accessible vehicles and stops)’.

    Anyone with a disability rating of ≥ 50% (free annual pass).

  9. Can I get a ticket for my companion ?
    Yes, if your certificate mentions the need for an accompanying person, you can request the yPass Accompanying Person.
